A graduate of the University of Business and Public Administration in Warsaw at the Faculty of Computer Sciences and Economics with specialization in Programming Systems and Databases. For the past 13 years, Adam has been professionally involved in the IT industry. He accumulated his IT and telecommunications experience as a Programmer, Analyst, and a Project Manager. He specializes in software development, team building, IT outsourcing, business processes and analysis. Privately, Adam is passionate about Internet technologies, as well as automotive and water sports.

She graduated from the FH Wien University of Applied Sciences in Vienna, majoring in Management. She has been associated with the IT services industry for over 15 years. She started her adventure with IT in 2008 in the sales department. Since then, she has successfully run start-ups and created implementation teams. She has worked in many significant consulting companies, both Polish and foreign. Her proprietary sales processes and models have gained recognition in the industry, thanks to which she is always among the leading experts in her department. In his free time, he loves delving into the mysterious worlds of crime literature and addictive computer games. She is also a lover of water and winter sports, so she never misses an opportunity to spend time actively outdoors.

Oliwia has several years of experience in the field of technical recruitment and sales, which she gained by working with both small and large companies on the market. She developed her professional career starting from the position of a recruiter, through a Business Developer. In our team, she’s a 360 Consultant: “Sales and recruitment is my profession and passion, thanks to business contacts I focus on establishing positive relationships so that the client feels free to tell me their needs, and so do the Candidates. The result of my actions is a solution tailored directly to the client's requirements, and the benefit for me is the effectiveness of my sales and recruitment”. Oliwia has knowledge of the IT market and a deep understanding of clients' business needs.

Kamil has been involved in sales and the IT industry for over 6 years. He has worked for large companies and small start-ups. In the field of sales, he was already active as a Lead Generation Specialist, Sales Specialist and Business Manager. A supporter of effective meetings and good contact with clients based on openness and honesty. Privately, a big fan of sports (football, basketball), classic rock and geopolitics.

Paulina has over 5 years of experience in the HR department, including managing a multi-person team. Sometimes she is the self-proclaimed brain of the operation, because there are no problems she cannot solve. Time pressure drives her to act, and nothing gives more satisfaction than the feeling of a successfully completed task. Additionally, she is a fan of computer games, horror movies, board games and good books, which I read by the fireplace on winter evenings.

Karolina has been working in the IT industry for 4 years, always close to outsourcing IT competences. She graduated from Management at the University of Warsaw. In her free time, she loves walks with her two schnauzers - Xywka and Negra. She loves watching tennis - Roger Federer's biggest fan. She is trying her hand at the court, although, as she says, she is still a bit behind Iga Świątek. Whenever she can, she spends time by the water - Masuria or the sea are places close to her heart. He tries to travel a lot and combine it with his passion for surfing. A lover of books - especially crime novels. He won't fall asleep without a crime scene in the background.
