History of Team Connect

From first projects to lasting partnerships

2008

The beginning of the journey

We establish a limited partnership and start out as a small team, delivering software projects for clients in the telecommunications sector. Our focus is on back-end solutions and data — a solid foundation that sets the stage for future growth.

2011

A new chapter, greater flexibility

We transition into a limited liability company and scale up our operations. Our team grows, projects become more complex, and
we expand our projects to include web and mobile applications.
At the same time, we start developing our expertise in user experience design.

2013—2015

Development and adaptation to the market

In the following years, the company experienced dynamic growth — both in the number of projects and in team size. As clients increasingly sought flexible technology support, we expanded our offering beyond end-to-end projects to include collaboration models that complemented in-house teams.

2016

Organic team growth and scaling

During this period, we focused on steady, strategic growth — developing our own projects and making long-term decisions.
The team surpassed 100 members, reflecting years of consistent work and a clear development direction. With each step, the team grew stronger, opening new opportunities for the future.

2017—2019

New needs, new competences

Our role evolved beyond software development as we began supporting clients with system integrations and data migrations. Around this time, we also started exploring cloud environments —
an area that would soon become one of our key directions for service growth.

2020

Expanding our services and process-oriented approach

We began supporting clients more comprehensively in areas such as business process optimization, CRM implementation, automation,
and cloud-based deployments. Our approach became increasingly holistic — connecting business goals with technological solutions. Around this time, we also expanded into IT security projects.

2023—2025

Growth and Specialization

We continue to expand our expertise with new focus areas: data analytics, infrastructure management, and data-driven decision support. Our role is evolving from providing individual specialists
to taking ownership of broader project domains — a direction we’re committed to pursuing.

Today, Team Connect is a group of nearly 200 professionals — specialists, consultants, and engineers — working together to meet the dynamic needs of the market.

The Recruitment team is responsible for the comprehensive process of recruitment and selection of IT specialists. They focus on matching candidates from both a technological and business perspective — taking into account the specifics of the project and the client's expectations.

Business Development Team

Our Business Development team is here to understand your goals and shape the right model of collaboration. They analyze needs, advise, and propose tailored solutions that bring measurable results — from assembling the right team to defining the best way to work together.

Partnership Consultants

The Partnership team is responsible for building and maintaining relationships on the customer line—Team Connect specialist. They act as a point of contact for managers on the client side and support our experts in the ongoing project cooperation, ensuring its fluidity, quality and mutual understanding.

Administrative Consultants

The administrative team is responsible for the smooth implementation of operational and formal processes — from contracts, through reporting, to invoicing. It takes care of transparency, timeliness and comfort of cooperation also from the organizational side.
