Privacy Policy

Team Connect processes the personal data provided or entrusted to it, in accordance with the provisions of the law in force in the Republic of Poland and makes every effort to ensure that the data is protected against loss, destruction, disclosure, access by unauthorized persons or misuse of data.

1. Who we are

Team Connect limited liability company with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Wołodyjowskiego 58, 02-724 Warsaw, registered in the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for m.st. Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000382144, NIP: 521-359-78-98, hereinafter referred to as “we” or “Team Connect”, will process your personal data (also called “information”) for the purposes indicated later in this document.

2. Purpose of data use

We use the data for recruitment purposes in Team Connect or Team Connect clients, for HR and payroll services and for billing purposes (e.g. invoices from suppliers).

3. Basis of data processing

• based on consent to the processing of personal data granted in the system or in the form of a written statement, or
• in the context of the performance of a contract to which you are a party or where this is necessary to take action prior to the conclusion of such a contract (the provision of information is not mandatory, but is necessary for the contract to be concluded and performed), or
• in connection with the need to comply with a legal obligation incumbent on Team Connect, or
• in connection with the need to pursue objectives arising from legitimate interests pursued by Team Connect, such as recruitment services, the pursuit of claims for business activities or the use of data to control access to buildings and premises.

4. What we are committed to

• processing data in accordance with the law,
• collecting data for marked, lawful purposes and not subjecting them to further processing incompatible with those purposes,
• the substantive correctness and adequacy of the data in relation to the purposes for which they are processed,
• storing data in a form that allows the identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing.

5. How do we use your data?

• Your details are stored in our database, which we regularly search for current recruitment needs. We also use the personal data of candidates or suppliers for administrative or accounting purposes.
• We need the data in order to contact candidates in matters related to the recruitment services we provide.
• We provide personnel and payroll services and manage personnel. We carry out duties related to the employment of employees and colleagues, including in the area of occupational health and safety and occupational medicine.
• We ensure security, for example by verifying the identity of candidates, employees and third parties accessing the Team Connect office. We can also verify the information we have about candidates and check their references.
• We comply with the obligations imposed by law. In some cases, we may be required to retain information about candidates (when we ask a candidate for consent to the use of information about themselves, we will retain that consent to demonstrate compliance with a legal obligation under data protection laws).
• We have a number of solutions to ensure the security of your personal data, e.g. we encrypt data, use firewalls, monitor IT systems on an ongoing basis and comply with security procedures.
• Your data is not processed in any other way or for any other purpose than indicated in this notice. In particular, we do not use profiling. We also do not process personal data on a large scale, nor the data indicated in Articles 9 and 10 of the GDPR.

6. Data retention time

We guarantee that your personal data will not be stored for a period longer than required by law or provided for in the internal regulations of Team Connect.

If you do not wish your data to be stored in the database, you can contact us and submit a request for deletion by providing your name and other data (e.g. telephone number, email address or date of birth) that allow us to identify your record in the database (see below).

7. Entities to which we may transfer your data

• clients — we offer recruitment services to our clients. If we find a suitable candidate for the position we have been asked to serve, we may provide the client with information about such a candidate. We share candidate data with our clients only if the candidate has given us prior consent to do so (unless the data is made available to clients in anonymized form).
• suppliers — it may be necessary to transfer your data to our suppliers in order to enable them to provide services to us (e.g. service of providing a server for our database, service of occupational medicine, etc.). If the information is to be shared, we enter into a written agreement with such service provider, under which the provider undertakes to ensure that the entrusted information is adequately protected.

8. Eligible rights

• making a written request to stop processing your personal data,
• to object to the use of your personal data for recruitment purposes,
• request completion, updating, rectification of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or deletion if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or have been collected in violation of the law or are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected,
• receiving information about what your data are processed by us, from when, from what source, for what purpose, scope and how, as well as to which entities they are made available.

Every application received from you will be treated with special attention. When processing a request, we reserve the right to verify your identity to ensure that we do not share your data with anyone other than you.

Please be advised that in the case of certain requests (especially if there are special legal regulations related to its handling), we will not be able to handle your application directly. However, in any case, within one month you will be informed of the actions that have been taken to fulfill your request.

9. Possibility to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data

If we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you can withdraw this consent at any time. However, you must understand that your withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data prior to its withdrawal or the legality of further processing of this data, if the provision of a contract or a provision of law allows or requires Team Connect to do so.

10. Possibility to object to the processing of personal data

You can object to the processing of your personal data if Team Connect processes it for its legitimate interest, e.g. for recruitment purposes.
