How is Time & Material different from Staff Augmentation?

In the Time & Material model, you pay for the team’s working hours and decide what tasks to prioritize and when. In Staff Augmentation, you work with a specific specialist who becomes part of your team and is managed directly by you.

How much will I be involved in the project depending on the model?

It depends on the chosen model. In Staff Augmentation and Time & Material, you stay in full control — managing tasks, priorities, and day-to-day work. In Managed Services, we take over the delivery and keep you updated with reports and results. Each model offers a different level of involvement — we’ll help you choose the one that fits your needs best.

What if I don't know which model to choose?

You don’t have to decide on your own. Just tell us about your project — we’ll recommend the model that best fits your goals, team, and way of working.

Are all models also available remotely?

Most models support remote collaboration, but we can adjust the setup to your preferences. If you’d rather work on-site or in a hybrid way, let us know — we’ll find a solution that works for you.

How long does it take to launch a collaboration in a given model?

It depends on the model and the team setup. Sometimes we can start almost right away; sometimes we need a few extra days to plan and assemble the right specialists.
